Refund & Returns Policy

Every Magic Days book is made just for you — personalized and printed on demand by Runaway Ideas LLC. Because each book is custom and printed only after you approve it, please read this policy before you order.

Printed books — you approve, then we print

Before any printed book is produced, you review the full proof and check a box approving it for printing. Once you approve and printing begins, the order is non-refundable and cannot be changed or canceled, because it is a custom, made-to-order product. This is why we ask you to carefully check every name, date, photo, and caption first.

Digital PDFs

A digital keepsake PDF is delivered as soon as it is generated. Because it is delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” the digital PDF is non-refundable once it has been generated.

If something arrives wrong

We want you to love your book. If your printed book arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted (a printing error on our or our print partner’s side — not a change of mind or an error in content you approved), email us at hello@runawayideas.net within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will reprint and ship a corrected copy at no charge. We may ask you to return or recycle the defective copy.

What is not covered

• Typos, wrong names or dates, or photo choices that were in the proof you approved.
• Changes of mind after approval or delivery.
• Plans that didn’t match real-world conditions (park hours, closures, or wait times can change — these suggestions are advisory).

Reviews and consults

Professional plan reviews and planning consults are advisory services. If we are unable to deliver a review or consult you purchased, we will refund that item.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Refunds are issued by Runaway Ideas LLC, the merchant of record.
