Magic Days is operated by Runaway Ideas LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it. The short version: we collect only what we need to build your book, we keep it private, and we never sell it.
We use this information only to build, save, print, and deliver your Magic Days book and to provide support. We do not use your photos or book content to train public AI models, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
To run the service we share the minimum necessary data with trusted providers: a payment processor (to charge you securely — we never see your full card number), a print-on-demand partner (to print and ship your book, including your shipping address), and AI providers that help generate planning text and original artwork from the prompts you create. These providers may only use the data to perform their service for us.
Your data is stored privately on our server in a location that is not publicly accessible over the web. We take reasonable measures to protect it, though no online service can promise perfect security.
We keep your book and order information while your project is active and as needed to provide support and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below); some records tied to completed purchases may be retained where required.
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@runawayideas.net. Deleting your data may remove your saved book.
Magic Days is intended for adults planning trips (often for their families). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
